1. What HAVERO is
HAVERO is a software tool that helps real estate investors analyze properties. It assembles property facts, comparable sales, an estimated after-repair value, a condition-based rehab range and strategy economics into a report, and explains that report in plain language.
HAVERO is an information and analysis product. It is not a broker, lender, appraiser, inspector, accountant or law firm, and nothing in a HAVERO report is financial, legal, tax or investment advice.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and confirm your email address. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for the person or organization that created them and may not be shared beyond the seats included in your plan.
3. Analyses and allowances
A new verified account receives one complimentary full deal analysis. After that, analyses are available as a one-time purchase or through a membership with a monthly allowance. Monthly allowances reset each billing period and do not roll over.
An analysis is delivered when the report completes. If HAVERO cannot assemble enough evidence to produce a report, we say so plainly and the analysis is not counted against your allowance.
4. Billing
One-time analyses are charged at purchase. Memberships bill monthly in advance until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access and the remaining allowance continue until the end of the paid period, and no further charges are made. Prices are shown before payment and are charged through our payment processor. Billing questions: billing@gethavero.com.
5. Acceptable use
Do not resell or redistribute HAVERO reports as your own product, scrape or automate the service, attempt to bypass allowances or abuse the complimentary analysis by creating multiple accounts, or use HAVERO to violate any law or third-party right. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Third-party data
Parts of a report rely on third-party property data providers, and parts rely on information you supply, such as the condition of the property. HAVERO labels the basis of each figure. Estimates may be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and we do not warrant the accuracy of third-party or user-reported data.
7. No guarantee of outcomes
Investment outcomes are not guaranteed. You are responsible for your own independent due diligence, including inspection, appraisal, title, financing and professional advice, before making any offer or purchase. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HAVERO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Changes and termination
We may update the service and these terms. Material changes are reflected in the version date above, and continued use after an update means you accept the current terms. You may stop using HAVERO at any time; we may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.
