What we collect

Account information you give us: name, email address and, if you join an organization, your team membership. Product information you create: the property addresses you analyze, the condition and assumptions you enter, your saved reports, your investment criteria and your conversations with HAVERO AI. Billing information: plan, allowance and payment records. We do not store your card details — our payment processor handles payment data directly.

Operational information: sign-in and verification events, analysis activity, error reports and aggregate product analytics used to understand how the product is used.

How we use it

To create and secure your account, to run the analyses you request, to keep your reports and history available to you, to process payments and allowances, to provide support, and to operate and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your analyses to advertise to you.

Who we share it with

Service providers who make the product work: our cloud and database hosting, our property data provider, our payment processor and our AI model provider. Property addresses and property characteristics are sent to the property data provider to retrieve records and comparable sales, and report content may be sent to the AI provider to produce explanations. We share information when required by law or to protect our rights.

Your data and your control

You can view your analysis history and account details at any time in your account. You can request a copy or deletion of your account data by emailing support@gethavero.com. We keep records for as long as your account exists and for as long as we need them for legal, accounting and dispute-resolution purposes.

Security

Access to your records is enforced per account at the database level, credentials are managed by our authentication provider, and traffic is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure; tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Children and jurisdiction

HAVERO is for business use by adults and is not directed at children. The service is operated from the United States; using it means your information may be processed there.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the version date above changes and we notify account holders in the product.
